The technologically advanced plant is fully automated and can comply with any of the client’s volume requirements, having a high production capacity of more than 1000 cubic metres per day.
From the plant, both men and vehicles can arrive at any site scenario and satisfy all the requirements of the client, whether public or private, on a daily basis. Working in combination with the Caponago plant, we can reach and supply the entire provinces of Milan, Lecco and
Bergamo.

Today, in line with the progress being made in research and the resulting availability of new formulae, we can supply high-durability concrete using a production process certified in line with Ministerial Decree DM 14/09/2005.

Right from the start of the design stage, Vitali S.p.a follows a strategy to ensure that the durability of the concrete exceeds the “project life” or at least until the programmed maintenance operations.
The aggregates necessary for mixing concrete are CE marked, as are the additives and cements, thus guaranteeing a prime quality product.
Furthermore, the plant has obtained UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 quality certification for the production of concrete. The company has also recently received certification for the production control of concrete, factory produced using an industrialised process.

The plant is also used for storing waste material, as authorised by the Province of Bergamo, from demolition sites, as well as for the sale of high-quality inert materials such as gravel, crushed stone, sand and screenings.
