The Industrial Park stands in close proximity to major road and railway junctions (A4 Motorway), facilitating the distribution of goods by both road and rail,
enabling costs to be reduced by up to 50%.
The total area of the site is around 113,000 square metres with industrial buildings of surface area ranging from 1000 to 15,000 square metres.

The overall project provides for the construction of ten independent industrial buildings.
As part of the project, some zones will be earmarked as equipped green areas and will make use of eco-compatible materials. The buildings themselves will be constructed using materials with quality and finish compatible with the needs of the client.
