In the green hills of Cisano Bergamasco, in a quiet sunny location, Vitali is designing some elegant semi-detached villas.

The residential complex will be built near to the town of Cisano Bergamasco following the traditional style of the local architecture. The villas will be constructed in line with the most recent standards governing seismic events and energy saving in order to guarantee low running costs. Each semi-detached unit will have two floors, a double garage and private garden.

The load-bearing structure is the classic reinforced concrete type with facing walls in thermal brick, partition walls are in hollow brick with a roughcast or plaster coating.

The villas will be finished using prestigious materials: floor slabs in hollow-brick and concrete, roof in laminated wood with matchboard base and mansard with dual ventilation. All timber is treated against mould and woodworm.

Particular attention has been paid to insulation, in order to avoid thermal bridges and the resulting condensation or mould, with the use of top quality materials such as double sealed units for windows and doors.
Wherever possible, top quality natural materials have been used, such as double-sealed windows and doors and double-glazing, at the same time avoiding condensation by the elimination of thermal bridges.
