Vitali S.p.A. is today seen as one of the leading
companies operating in the building and roads sector in the
province of Bergamo. It was only after having acquired precise
knowledge of the nature of aggregates and their characteristics
that we decided to install plants for producing concrete, bituminous
conglomerates and aggregates.
Knowledgeable of the fact that only by guaranteeing a consistent
quality control is it possible to obtain a
certified product, we decided to set up our
own internal analysis laboratory.
Over the years, the continuing search for increasingly higher
professionalism in the running of the production process has
induced us to continuously improve our professional training
and, as far as the automation of production plants is concerned,
to continue complying fully with the values laid down by the
appropriate standards. In all these years of activity, we have
managed to satisfactorily supply large quantities of our products,
and even more so now thanks to the recent installation of a
new production plant.
Our continuous attention to the needs of the client also means
that we are able to provide technical assistance directly on
site. In addition, we have our own concrete and aggregate research
and development laboratory and, as such, can also offer
advice on the correct and safe use of the product.

Concrete We produce guaranteed performance concretes
(RCK), a range of “custom”
concretes with special dosing as per the client’s
requirements (Self Compacting Concrete, Additives,
Lighteners) and new composite materials with synthetic
fibres possessing high dynamic qualities.
As well as the quality of our products, the service
we provide is also an aspect to which the company
pays maximum attention. The company’s plant
is made up of the latest generation equipment, allowing
activities to be carried out in almost any scenario
in a manner that satisfies all the client’s
requirements, whether public or private.

LABORATORY
The production
analysis and testing laboratory continuously monitors
all the phases of the production process in order
to guarantee consistent high quality products.
The laboratory is equipped for:
• verifying
the compliance of our conglomerates and concretes
with the technical specifications provided by
the client
• checking the compliance of the components
of the mix with the technical standards reported
in the specifications
• checking the compliance of samples of
products exiting the production plant with the
specified dosage requirements
• monitoring the entire production process
by analysing the results of tests carried out
on samples
VITALI PRODUCTION
PHOTOCATALYTIC ASPHALT
This new material is capable of "digesting" organic and inorganic atmospheric pollutants through the application of the photocatalytic process. The process involves the use of solid semiconductors capable of oxidising harmful substances down to their full mineralisation. The purpose of this innovative product is to contribute to reducing the organic pollutants present in the atmosphere created by factories, motor vehicles, heating systems, etc. through the use of the photocatalytic process, which assimilates the photosynthesis process in plants. The photocatalytic process, in fact, breaks down the organic and inorganic substances and transforms them into harmless products.
