The new commercial settlement Valmontone
Center is located in close proximity to Rome, in the municipality
of Valmontone, next to the most important Italian points of
communication and along the motorway Milano - Napoli. The access
is provided from the tollgate of Valmontone, which is 800 metres
from the business centre. The location of this initiative is
barycentric compared to the main catchment area and is characterized
by a high commercial vocation.
The business center summarizes the advantages of high quality
in terms of eco–sustainability and employed technologies,
offering high standards of comfort, functionality and safety.
It is located within commercial facilities, in an area of great
expansion; this allows the setting up of activities and services
so to support the whole commercial system like: food, brico,
sport, gardening, electrical household appliances, exhibition
of any kind (furniture, cars…).
The building complex covers an area of 100.000 m2 and foresees
the realization of a building of 30.000 m2, with a maximum height
of 13,50 ms. An area of 16.000 m2 will be reserved to commercial
facilities and one of 14.000 m2 to warehouses and connectings.
Strong point of the future execution is the internal efficient
flexibility, which allows the distribution of the activities
according to the demands (single block or separate independent
blocks) and the standard of
Eco-sustainability. The aim of the project is to optimise the
recovery and saving of water. It foresees plants with photovoltaic
panels, both on coverage’s and on walls and aeolian plants.
